Getting Here

Chitose-karasuyama Station on the Keio Line 10 minutes by Semi-Express Train, it's the 3rd station from Shinjuku.

From the station, a 10 to15-minute walk from the north exit will take you to Teramachi. Or you can take shuttle buses (Kanto Bus for Kugayama Hospital) from the bus stop at the north exit.
